Job Description About the RoleWe are seeking a dependable Production Associate to join our team assembling high-quality light fixtures. This position focuses on hands-on assembly work in a fast-paced production environment where attention to detail, consistency, and efficiency are critical.You will be responsible for building fixtures according to established processes while maintaining quality standards and meeting production efficiency goals.
