Role Overview
Corporate Engineer Lead responsible for building and maintaining the systems, tools, and infrastructure that keep the engineering organization running securely and efficiently. The role is hands‑on, owning the end‑to‑end environment and working closely with Security Engineering leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Own endpoint management across macOS, iOS, and Windows, including MDM profiles, compliance policies, software deployment, and device lifecycle.
Administer and evolve cloud collaboration and productivity environments (provisioning, group policies, DLP, audit logging, third‑party integrations).
Manage corporate identity infrastructure, user lifecycle, application integrations, MFA policies, workflows automation, and SSO federation.
Design and enforce Zero Trust access controls across corporate infrastructure.
Support and maintain cloud corporate infrastructure, including identity‑aware access proxies, VPC networking, and internal tooling.
Own corporate networking infrastructure such as firewalls, switches, access points, VLANs, VPN, and DNS/DHCP.
Manage office hardware, AV, and conferencing systems, including lifecycle tracking and procurement coordination.
Administer engineering‑specific tooling (PDM/PLM platforms) and ensure compliance in CUI‑adjacent environments.
Integrate and maintain endpoint protection and security tooling.
Contribute to CMMC Level2 and FedRAMP High compliance efforts.
Manage and continuously improve the IT helpdesk function.
Partner with Security Engineering on CUI handling, device compliance, and user access policies.
Build and maintain automation across corporate systems, scripting provisioning workflows, enforcing configuration baselines, and reducing manual toil.
Drive infrastructure‑as‑code practices across corporate tooling.
Required Qualifications
5+ years in corporate, IT, or systems engineering at a technology company.
Deep experience with MDM platforms across macOS, iOS, and Windows.
Strong knowledge of enterprise identity providers (user lifecycle, SSO, group rules, MFA).
Experience implementing Zero Trust architecture in a corporate environment.
Proficiency administering a cloud collaboration suite (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or equivalent).
Hands‑on experience with cloud infrastructure platforms (IAM, VPC, proxies, logging).
Solid networking fundamentals (VLAN design, firewall rule management, wireless infrastructure).
Experience supporting engineering tooling (PDM/PLM platforms).
Familiarity with security frameworks such as CMMC, FedRAMP, NIST800‑171, or CIS Benchmarks.
Strong scripting and automation skills in Bash, Python, or similar.
Bias toward documentation, repeatability, and efficient delivery.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting government or defense customers under ITAR, CMMC, or FedRAMP constraints.
Familiarity with EDR platform administration.
Experience managing supervised mobile device fleets.
Exposure to source control administration or CI/CD pipeline tooling.

The Pay Range For This Role Is
140,000 - 155,000 USD per year (San Francisco Bay Area, California)
