Delivery Manager

Vitalacy Inc, headquartered in Los Angeles, CA is a health technology company committed to reducing patient harm in healthcare. We use automated technology solutions to improve patient outcomes, protect the workforce, and promote quality and safety measures that save lives.The Delivery Manager will be responsible for managing multiple firmware and software projects, ensuring timely delivery, and working with product and engineering leads to establish project timelines. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and marketing, to drive project success. They will also assist Product Managers in release planning. The Delivery Manager will work closely with the VP of Engineering to support reoccurring scrum activities like stand-up, sprint planning, sprint refinement, and PI planning.Job ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee the delivery of Vitalacy solutions in healthcare BLE, IoT and AI environments.Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets for engineering projects.Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.Develop and review documentation for delivery, including delivery plans, protocols, reports, and risk assessments.Facilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout all project phases.Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.Must possess and utilize exceptional communication skills to keep teams operating at maximum efficiency while also ensuring that senior leaders and executive management are always informed of progressWhat you will bring to the table:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.Proven experience as a Delivery Manager with a focus on engineering software and/or firmware.Experience using Scrum agile methodologyScaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experience or certifications a plusProficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira) and methodologies (Agile, Scrum).Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.Willingness to travel as needed for project requirements.Compensation and Benefits: Vitalacy offers an attractive and competitive compensation package including base salary, pre-IPO stock options, health insurance, and a casual office environment.
