They're looking to bring on a senior developer to be a hands-on leader of a small development team in India (5-6 Junior Developers). This person will also be responsible applying architecture concepts and understanding business challenges to recommend best practices and collaborate across multiple business partners and cross-functional teams. The primary focus of this role is to ensure the continuity, reliability, extendibility, and scalability of the Rapid Response (RR) technology for their supply chain planning and operations.Must:Senior experience level in Kinaxis Rapid Response Supply Chain Planning softwareStrong depth of knowledge in Rapid Response Supply chain planning architecture domain.Ability to lead a small Dev team in India, with a hands-on approach to coaching the jr. developersTechnically Savvy but able to also apply functional knowledge to identify and evaluate alternative solutions10+ years in overall system design, development, configuration, and data modeling5+ years of people-leading experienceKinaxis Developer
