Finance ManagerThe Finance Manager role is a key Corporate Finance role with primary responsibilities related to PL forecasting and actuals, with a strong focus on Client Directs and Overhead. The Finance Manager will collaborate directly with business leads at Starcom and Publicis Media along with the Starcom Client Finance team on assigned Corporate Finance initiatives.Ideal candidates will be collaborative in nature and possess excellent communication skills. Previous experience with Power BI/Power Query is a plus.ResponsibilitiesExecute monthly reporting / monitoring against targetsExecute monthly accounts receivable reporting / monitoring against targetsCoordinate monthly close with a focus on Direct Client Costs (T&E, research, write-offs) and Overhead.Analyze all P&L accounts for management reportingPrepare monthly journal entriesCompile forecastsAd Hoc management reportingOther special projectsQualificationsBachelor's degree in accounting or Finance3 to 5 years of experience in a Corporate Finance or similar roleProficient user of Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, advanced formulas, VLookups. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
