This position offers a competitive hourly rate, and is eligible to earn monthly sales incentive bonuses.Position OverviewIn this position you will perform sales functions for new and existing accounts. The ideal candidate will provide quality and efficient customer service, with professional demeanor, for internal and external customers, by utilizing in-depth knowledge of company products and programs. This position will also coordinate activities involved with purchasing product from vendors and/or manufacturers and ensure product availability.General Responsibilities· Contact customer by phone and email concerning new orders, existing orders, sales returns, and shipments.· Process sales orders, and maintain open orders· Review purchase orders for accuracy of product, quantity, price, delivery date, and payment terms· Provides sales support to Outside Sales Reps as necessary· Attend and actively participate in Sales Meetings and provide any required reporting· Provide timely and accurate information to new and existing customers when requested, using product and application knowledge· Review purchase orders for accuracy of product, quantity, price, delivery date, and payment termsQualifications· High school degree or equivalent· Team oriented· Proficient in basic computer skills· Prior purchasing/inside sales experience a plus· Industrial parts distribution and/or industry knowledge preferred, but not requiredAdditional Compensation:· BonusesBenefits:· Health insurance· Dental insurance· Retirement plan· Paid time offSchedule:· Monday to Friday· 8 hour shiftJob Type: Full-timePay: $23-$27 per hour DOEBenefits:· 401(k)· Dental insurance· Health insurance· Paid time off· Vision insuranceSchedule:· Monday to Friday
