Manufacturing Engineer – Lean / Process Improvement (Medical Device / Cleanroom Assembly)If you’re the kind of engineer who walks onto a production floor and immediately sees how to improve flow, reduce labor, and stabilize output… this role is worth a look.This is not a “keep things running” job.You’ll be stepping into a high-mix, custom manufacturing environment supporting cleanroom assembly and fabrication of single-use biotech products. Every build is different. Every process has room for improvement.What you’ll be doing:Driving yield and labor efficiency improvementsLeading root cause investigations and corrective actionsSupporting validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) and regulated manufacturing processesPartnering with operations to improve process flow and throughputHelping bring structure to a fast-moving, custom production environmentWhat we’re looking for:Experience in medical device, biotech, or regulated manufacturingStrong Lean / Six Sigma mindset (Green Belt+ preferred)Hands-on experience improving manufacturing performanceComfortable in a high-mix, low-volume environmentThis is a high-impact role in a team that’s actively scaling, improving, and taking on new product lines.If you’re open to a conversation, apply here.
