A healthcare organization in New York City is currently seeking a licensed Pediatrician to join their growing team at one of their facilities in the Bronx. About the Opportunity: Schedule: Monday to Friday Hours: Standard business Setting: 100% outpatient Responsibilities: The Pediatrician will: Take histories, perform physical examinations, and prescribe treatment and medication for conditions Design and participate in quality improvement activities, including Medical Record Peer Review, performance and procedure audits, outcome audits, and focused reviews Coordinate tests, referrals, and care of patients outside the center Maintain legible and appropriate documentation of medical records Participate and attend provider meetings Perform other duties, as needed Qualifications: Doctorate Degree M.D. or D.O. Licensed to practice medicine in the State of New York Board Certified in Pediatrics
