This position provides direct supervision to a team of maintenance planners while also being responsible for creating and managing the daily and weekly maintenance schedules for the UF6 plant.The supervisor, planner/scheduler ensures all preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities are fully planned, prioritized, and scheduled to achieve safe, efficient execution of work. The role works closely with the UF6 production team to align maintenance and operational priorities and to communicate schedule impacts. A key focus of this team is to drive a culture of reliability. Key responsibilities include:Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of maintenance planners, ensuring high-quality, accurate, and consistent work packages.Prioritize work orders based on safety, operational needs, backlog management, and equipment criticalityEnsure clear communication of scheduled work to all affected departmentsEnsure consistency and adherence to established processes, as well as continuous improvementProviding Work Management (SAP/SIGGA) support to the maintenance departmentEducation and QualificationsTrade certificate, technical diploma or degree3-5 years in a leadership position5+ years experience as a maintenance planner/schedulerExceptional interpersonal, communication and leadership skillsProven ability to achieve resultsOrganized and self-motivatedAdvanced understanding of SAP Plant Maintenance and Materials Management modulesExperienced in KPI development and continuous improvement initiatives*Strong MS-Office skills, in particular advanced Excel analytical skills.* CMRP and/or MMP designationAssets:*
