Their product helps customers analyze complex real-world data, detect suspicious patterns, investigate risks, and automate decision-making workflows.The role is part of a new senior AI team focused on building advanced AI workflows, multi-agent systems, LLM-powered product features, and agentic automation.Scope of work:Build backend services and AI-powered product features using PythonDesign and develop LLM-based workflows, agentic systems, and multi-agent architecturesWork with tool/function calling, RAG, memory, routing, orchestration, state management, and long-running AI workflowsIntegrate AI systems with APIs, data sources, internal services, and product workflowsWork on evaluation, tracing, monitoring, guardrails, fallbacks, and reliability of LLM/agent outputsCollaborate with product, AI, data, backend, and frontend engineersTake ownership of architecture, implementation, and production readinessWhat we are looking for7+ years of software engineering experienceStrong backend experience with PythonReal hands-on experience building production AI / LLM / Agentic AI systemsExperience with multi-agent workflows, tool/function calling, RAG, memory, routing, orchestration, or human-in-the-loop workflowsStrong backend architecture, system design, APIs, cloud, and production reliability experienceExperience with tools such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, Google ADK, LlamaIndex, MCP, OpenAI, Anthropic, Claude, Gemini, AWS Bedrock, LangSmith, Langfuse, or similarAI-first development mindset with tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Copilot, or similarNice to haveExperience with frontend stack (NextJS, React.js, or similar)Experience with Vector DBsHelm is a strong plus
