This lab-based role involves executing advanced molecular biology and high-content screening experiments and contributing to dataset generation for machine learning applications.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform complex molecular and cellular biology experiments in functional genomicsSupport massively parallel reporter assay (MPRA) screens across multiple cell typesConduct custom DNA/RNA amplicon preparation and sequencing workflowsExecute molecular biology techniques including molecular cloning, qPCR, and flow cytometryMaintain and work with primary cell cultures, with preference for iPSC and/or T cell culture experienceAssist in experimental design, data interpretation, and results communicationContribute to development and optimization of genomics screening technologiesQualificationsBachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Biology, Genetics, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field2-5 years of relevant laboratory experienceStrong experimental design and data analysis skillsHighly organized, analytical, and self-motivatedExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesPreferred Technical ExperienceMPRA or other pooled genetic screening approachesViral vector systems (e.g., lentivirus)NGS library preparation and designSingle-cell genomics methods such as scRNA-seq or scMPRAWhat This Role OffersHands-on experience with state-of-the-art functional genomics technologiesExposure to high-throughput screening and machine learning-driven researchOpportunities for professional development, mentorship, and scientific learningMust be authorized to work in US without sponsorship.INDBH
