Job Responsibilities for Office Coordinator: Answers phone and does receptionist duties. Opens, processes, and distributes daily mail. Assists customers with complaints and problems. Assists customers with reporting claims and explaining the claims process. Responsible for postage metering of outgoing mail for the Agency. Assist with Agency accounting in QuickBooks. Checks all company statements to make sure they are accurate. Assist paying all agency bills on time and making bank deposits. Helps prepare customer statements.
