We’ll help you develop a professional roadmap that takes your career to new heights.Who you’ll be working withWe build the solutions dreamed up by the product and design teams. Our goal is to deliver working software every two weeks. We are a large team that spans across three global offices, but we collaborate and integrate front- and back-end components and interfaces to provide a user-centered experience through web and mobile platforms. You’ll be working directly with our client and the product teams.What you’ll be doingLead end-to-end project planning and execution, partnering with Product Managers to define scope, key milestones, and timelines.Facilitate team ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and demos to ensure smooth project execution.Track and manage budgets, forecasts, and resource utilization, ensuring optimal team allocation and delivery efficiency.Ensure successful project delivery by identifying risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID) early and executing effective mitigation plans.Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and client teams to set expectations, align objectives, and provide visibility into progress.Oversee multiple interconnected workstreams or delivery pods for large-scale enterprise programs including aligning project-level activities with broader program goals.Coordinate with account and client principals to support client satisfaction, growth opportunities, and long-term relationship building.What you’ll need to be successful (Requirements)MUST have client-facing experience preferably in a consulting settingFive (5)+ years of formal, relevant project and/or product management experienceHigh energy, team player, creative thinker, and strategic influencerDemonstrated experience in working with broad cross-functional teamsMaturity and good judgmentHighly Skilled communicatorSkilled in negotiating, influencing others, analytical thinking, leading others, and executing and implementing projectsWillingness to learn and work in a hands-on environmentBonus Points for these (Preferred Experience)Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or pharma application modernization.Familiarity with regulated environments (HIPAA, FDA, etc.).CSM, PMP, or similar agile project certification.Experience with Jira/Confluence or similar tools.Need another reason to hit the “apply” button?Codal is a global agency with over 200 employees, and offices in the US, UK, and India We regularly host happy hours, dinners, excursions, and other company events to unwind after a hard day at workOffice snacks and drinks + a fancy Bevi water machine with flavored water We offer Medical, Life, Dental/Vision, and many more insurance types Employer 401k match - 4% A recreational group that regularly competes in city leagues for softball and volleyball An office in the heart of downtown Chicago with a gym, food court, Walgreens, rooftop bar, outdoor sports court, and other amenitiesWorking hybrid for in-person collaboration and sprint-planning daysCompensation$120,000-$135,000, the rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates' relevant skills and experienceNote: Codal only communicates with candidates through official @codal.com email addresses.
