Manufacturing Maintenance Technician

DescriptionAs a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in our organization by ensuring the proper functioning, reliability, and longevity of machinery and equipment. Your primary responsibility will be to perform preventative maintenance, diagnose and troubleshoot issues, and carry out repairs in order to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency and quality.Perks & BenefitsPaid TrainingWeekly paychecksMedical / Dental Insurance$32.00 - $42.00 / HourEmployment Type & ShiftsFull TimeDirect HireLong Term2nd Shift3rd ShiftJob ResponsibilitiesPerform scheduled maintenance tasks on a variety of machines and equipment, according to maintenance schedules and guidelinesReplace or repair defective parts such as belts, bearings, motors, or sensorsIdentify and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic problems or abnormalities in the machinesCollaborate with team members and team leads to analyze and resolves complex technical problemsCalibrate and align machinery to ensure optimal performance and accuracyMaintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usedAdhere to safety protocols and guidelines when working with the machinery, as well as comply with industry regulations and standards to ensure equipment is operating within legal and safety parametersProvide technical support to production teams to minimize operational disruptionsMinimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, and Skills):High School Diploma or GEDMinimum of 3 years work related experience.Knowledge of computer systems and spreadsheets necessary to perform job dutiesKnowledge of both high and low voltages AC & DCAbility to read and understand technical manuals and schematicsProblem-solving and troubleshooting skillsPreferred Qualifications:2 years of plumbing and electrical experienceAbility to communicate with project vendors/ suppliersProven experience as a Machine Maintenance Technician or similar role in a manufacturing or industrial settingAssociate RequirementsHS Diploma or GEDBackground CheckDrug TestMust be at least 18 years oldThe hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $32.00 - $42.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
