The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing cases independently in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesPrepare, file, and manage no-fault arbitration casesHandle electronic filing through NYSCEF and e-LawFile and manage cases in the New York Supreme CourtMaintain case calendars, deadlines, and hearing datesDraft and organize legal documents and correspondenceTrack case status and follow up on filings and responsesAssist with invoicing and billing using QuickBooksCommunicate with courts, arbitrators, insurance carriers, and clientsMaintain organized case files (digital and physical)QualificationsMinimum 2 years of law office experience (no-fault or litigation preferred)Proficiency with NYSCEF and e-LawExperience filing cases in the New York Supreme CourtExperience with QuickBooks invoicing and billingStrong calendaring and organizational skillsExcellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesAbility to work independently in a small firm environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsCompensation & BenefitsSalary: $55,000 – $75,000 annually, based on experienceMedical insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceReferral program
