Growing General Contractor with great reputation and strong pipeline of workTop Benefits - Healthcare, 401K, vehicle allowance, PTOAbout Our ClientEstablished and growing General Contractor with a great reputation in South Florida for large TI, Interior Build out and smaller ground up projects.Job DescriptionProject Planning & ExecutionLead all phases of commercial interior projects, including budgeting, scheduling, permitting, procurement, and closeout.Develop and manage detailed project schedules, site logistics plans, and resource allocation strategies.Coordinate closely with architects, engineers, building management teams, and subcontractors to ensure timely and accurate execution of project plans.Financial ManagementMaintain full ownership of project budgets, cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting.Review and approve subcontractor agreements, change orders, and purchase orders.Track project progress to ensure financial performance meets or exceeds expectations.Field CoordinationConduct regular site visits to monitor safety, quality, and project compliance.Support and collaborate with Superintendents to resolve field issues and maintain alignment with project objectives.Enforce company and jobsite safety standards.Client & Stakeholder CommunicationServe as the primary point of contact for clients and project partners.Lead project meetings, provide timely updates, and ensure all stakeholders receive accurate, transparent communication.Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a positive project experience and future business opportunities.Documentation & CloseoutManage all project documentation including RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, daily logs, and closeout packages.Ensure completion of punch lists and delivery of all turnover materials per project requirements.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
