Human Resource Information System Manager
Our client is seeking a Sr. HRIS Manager to lead the HRIS team, specializing in Workday configuration. The ideal individual will partner closely with HR, IT, and Finance to optimize our HR systems and business processes. This position will manage a team of 5+ HR analysts and ensure systems are accurately configured to support organizational goals.Responsibilities:Lead, develop, and supervise a remote team of HR analysts responsible for HRIS operations and support.Oversee and execute advanced Workday configuration, including system updates, business process improvements, and security administration.Partner cross-functionally with HR, IT, and Finance to identify and implement HRIS solutions that support business strategies and compliance requirements.Manage HRIS projects, timelines, and deliverables, serving as a subject matter expert on Workday functionality and integration.Ensure data integrity, effective reporting, and process optimization within Workday and associated HR technologies.Develop and deliver training materials to stakeholders, supporting user adoption and effective change management.Monitor system performance, provide regular updates to leadership, and maintain documentation of systems and workflows.Stay current with Workday enhancements and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum of 8 years HRIS experience, with at least 3 years in Workday configuration and administration.Prior managerial experience leading distributed or remote teams preferred.Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.Proven ability to collaborate with HR, IT, and Finance across multiple projects and initiatives.Experience in process improvement, data management, and change management within an HRIS environment.
