Job Title: Production Team Member Duaration : 6 Months Location: Casa Grande, AZ Job Type : ContractJob DescriptionVertical Manufacturing and LogisticsThe Production Team Member is a member of the Manufacturing Production Team and will beresponsible for contributing to the hands-on production of the Company's world-class vehiclesand/or electric vehicle powertrains. The team member's pride in quality craftsmanship andcommitment to punctual attendance are crucial for our team to achieve success. Candidatesmust have the ability to work collaboratively with other team members. They will also berequired to work closely with professionals from support organizations such a engineering,quality, and supplier representatives in various aspects of the overall manufacturing process.Strong interpersonal and communication skills are an absolute requirement to foster effectiveworking relationships and teamwork.ResponsibilitiesWork as an integral part of the production team to ensure smooth operations and efficient output.Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.Perform various tasks including assembly, packaging, and machine operation, as necessary.Follow standardized operating procedures and ensure adherence to quality control standards.Adherence to Environmental Health and Safety standards including Personal ProtectiveEquipment (PPE) required by job assignment.Maintain a clean and organized work area, including regular equipment maintenance and cleaning.Assist in the continuous improvement of production processes and identify opportunities for increased efficiency.Strictly adhere to safety protocols and promote a safe working environment for all staff members.Physical work includes frequent pushing, pulling, gripping, twisting, reaching, lifting, standing, repetitive motions, etc.Lifting objects at various load levels.Use of tooling that requires specialized training.Demonstrated ability to learn new skills and adapt to new environments.Comfortable learning innovative technologyFlexibility to support any shift including day, afternoon, night, weekend and swing shifts, as needed. Holiday work may be required.Punctuality and attendance are paramount.Ability to follow a standardized sequence of steps in a process repetitively for a long time.Ability to maintain rate of production while maintaining an elevated level of craftsmanship and attention to detail.Other duties as assigned.RequirementsMust be at least 18 years of age. High school diploma or GED. Must have command of the English language both written & verbal.Basic math skills for measurements and calculations. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Good physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to stand, stoop, walk, lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform similar actions during the workday
