This role is ideal for a Jr / mid-level PM (not a Senior PM) who can effectively manage technical projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive delivery in a fast-paced environment.The position is primarily remote, with occasional travel to Minneapolis, MN for key meetings, stakeholder alignment, or project milestones.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are metCollaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define project goals and execution plansTranslate business requirements into technical deliverables and actionable tasksTrack and manage project schedules, risks, dependencies, and budgetsFacilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) or work within Waterfall/Hybrid models as neededCommunicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders and leadershipEnsure proper documentation, reporting, and governance throughout the project lifecycleCoordinate with external vendors or partners when applicableRequired Qualifications3–5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on technical or IT projectsStrong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologiesAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similarBasic technical understanding (APIs, integrations, cloud environments, etc.)Preferred QualificationsExperience working in mid-sized to large enterprise environmentsExposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification (nice to have, not required)Work Environment & TravelRemote-first roleOccasional travel to Minneapolis, MN for important meetings or project milestonesEmployment TypeContract-to-Hire (opportunity to convert to full-time based on performance and business needs)
