We are currently hiring for a dynamic and experienced Shipping and Receiving Associate.In this role, you will perform general logistics functions including receiving, issuing, packaging, preservation, packing, and marking (PPP&M), and inventory management. You will execute daily warehousing tasks such as material handling equipment (MHE) operations, Navy ERP data entry, inventory counts, and material movement. Under supervision, you will perform COSIS, PPP&M, shipping, and receipt tasks while ensuring compliance with Navy ERP movement types (101552) and maintaining Key Supporting Documentation (KSD).General Skillset:Experience with Microsoft OfficeVerbal and written communication skillsAbility to work both collaboratively and individuallyCritical Thinking SkillsAbility to give presentations and briefings as neededSpecific Skillset:Knowledge of Navy ERP and standard logistics processesExperience with receiving, issuing, and shipping operationsFamiliarity with PPP&M and COSIS proceduresSkilled in conducting inventory counts and managing material movementUnderstanding of Navy ERP movement types (101552) and KSD maintenanceAbility to operate MHE safely (license required)Adherence to OSHA safety standardsEducation & Certifications:Bachelor's degree (preferred)MHE License (required)OSHA Certification (required)Experience Requirements:02 years of logistics experienceBuild Your Career With Us:Linchpin Solutions' professional services organization is committed to delivering qualified candidates that meet or exceed clients' technical and management expectations.
