Project Manager, Mining
Overview
In this role you will lead multi-disciplinary mining projects for Canadian and international clients, guiding delivery, scope, budget, and client communications. You’ll collaborate with global teams to ensure quality and on-time results, while supporting business development and account management. This position blends technical leadership with client-facing responsibilities in a growing mining practice. You will help shape the mine of the future by delivering sustainable, well-managed projects at scale.

ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day project execution for a portfolio of projects across officesOversee delivery including technical/admin deliverables, task leads, and meetingsGuide multi-disciplinary engineering projectsSupport business development and account managementAssess project risks, scope, and perform technical reviewsDevelop budgets, scopes, and schedules; manage budgets for client satisfactionManage project setup and close-outMaintain strong QA/QC and understand contracts/pricing structures
Key requirementsBachelor in Engineering or Science (or equivalent experience)Minimum 10 years in multi-disciplinary engineering roles and/or project managementStrong technical writing and communication skillsExcellent stakeholder management and leadership abilitiesExperience in mining sector; potash/uranium experience considered an assetPMP certification preferredWillingness to travelStrong communicationStakeholder managementOrganizational skillsProject managementBudgeting and schedulingTechnical writing
