The Account Executive is responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and promoting Colonial Life’s range of workplace benefits and solutions. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting client meetings, preparing proposals, delivering polished sales presentations, and coordinating benefits enrollment with advanced technology and seamless communication.
