If you are interested in joining our team, apply today!About This RoleUnder the direction of the Chief, Child Care Providers Labor Relations Division (CEA B), the Labor Relations Manager II (LRM II) will assist the Chief to represent the Governor in labor negotiations with Child Care Providers and their representatives in all phases of the collective bargaining process by preparing for and participating in negotiations, impasse resolution, and contract administration activities and directly supervise the technical civil service staff that support the division. The incumbent will develop major statewide strategies for dealing with family child care provider concerns and alternative state bargaining positions; identify and draft policies to guide statewide labor relations activities; prepare and recommend statewide policy statements or revisions; provide staff expertise on labor relations matters related to the implementation of the Child Care Providers Labor Relations Division duties per the Child Care Providers Act (CCPA); stand-in and serve as the Chief in their absence; and serve as the division's liaison to various administrative functions.How To ApplyInformation about applying for a state job can be found here: Three Steps to a State Job.
