Finance ManagerSalary Range: $150,000 - $175,000 OverviewOur client is seeking a highly analytical and strategic Finance Manager to lead financial planning and analysis activities across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who excels at connecting financial data to business strategy, building sophisticated models, and partnering with leadership to drive performance. The Finance Manager will oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and decisionsupport analytics while driving continuous improvement. ResponsibilitiesLead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and longrange planning processes Develop and maintain advanced financial models to support strategic initiatives and scenario planning Prepare monthly financial reporting packages, including variance analysis and KPIs Partner with department leaders to provide financial insights, recommendations, and business support Analyze trends in revenue, margins, expenses, and operational performance Drive improvements in financial processes, reporting tools, and data integrity Support monthend close in collaboration with Accounting, ensuring accurate financial results Lead financial analysis for capital investments, pricing decisions, and special projects Present clear financial summaries and insights to senior management Mentor and support junior analysts, fostering skill development and analytical excellence QualificationsBachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA, CPA/CFA a plus) 5-7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or corporate finance Strong financial modeling and dataanalysis skills Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with BI tools and ERP systems preferred Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly Strong business partnering skills and experience influencing crossfunctional teams Highly organized, detailoriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines Demonstrated ability to improve processes and develop scalable reporting BenefitsBenefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, shortterm disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401(k) plan.
