Job Description The Field Operations Manager / General Foreman (Excavation & Sitework) serves as the essential bridge between project management and field crews. This role focuses on driving daily production across multiple small teams, maintaining stringent safety standards in compliance with OSHA and SWPPP, and managing heavy equipment operations.
