This position plays a critical role in identifying and attracting talent in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, can adapt quickly to shifting priorities, and is comfortable managing multiple requisitions simultaneously. This role begins with onsite training and transitions to a flexible hybrid model, with in-office presence required as needed.Job DescriptionThe Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting efforts in a high-volume environment, supporting hiring needs across multiple business areas. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to pivot quickly, and comfort working in a fast-paced setting with evolving priorities. The Recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers, maintain accurate tracking systems, and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process from sourcing through offer stage.Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer supportPartner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategiesBuild and maintain candidate pipelines using a variety of sourcing methodsScreen candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and fit for open rolesMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in applicant tracking systemsCoordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring processAdapt quickly to changing priorities and support multiple requisitions simultaneouslyEnsure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-upQualificationsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree required)Minimum of 2 years of high-volume recruiting experience in a similar industry (construction, manufacturing, or related)Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment and effectively manage shifting prioritiesComfortable operating in a dynamic setting with frequent change (“living in the chaos”)Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to work standard hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (no overtime expected)Must reside within the state and be able to travel onsite as needed for a hybrid work modelPreferred Qualifications:Previous sourcing experience, including proactive candidate outreach and pipeline developmentExperience with Workday and/or SharePoint systemsBenefitsDahl Consulting is proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package to eligible employees that will allow you to choose the best coverage to meet your family’s needs.
