Plumber/ Framer

*Overview* We are seeking a candidate with basic fabrication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in framing and plumbing, with a strong understanding of construction processes and techniques. *Duties* - Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project layout - Frame walls, roofs, and floors using various materials such as wood, metal, or concrete/ Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems. - Ensure accurate measurements and alignment for precise construction - Use power tools to cut, assemble, and install pipes and fittings - Collaborate with construction management to meet project deadlines - Maintain a safe and organized construction site *Qualifications* - YOU ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE A DRUG AND ALCOHOL SCREENING. - Proven experience in frame carpentry and as a Plumber or relevant role - Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics - Familiarity with heavy equipment operation for construction tasks - Knowledge of remodeling techniques and masonry work - Strong understanding of construction management practices - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members on-site Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour Schedule: 8 hour shift Experience: Construction: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: Driver's License (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Butner, NC 27509 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Butner, NC 27509: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
