Network Implementation Engineer, Data Center Networking Delivery
Overview
In this role you will lead deployment, maintenance, and operations of private data networks worldwide, partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize costs and reliability. You’ll own end-to-end network delivery across data centers and POPs, driving automation and process improvements. You’ll mentor engineers while shaping scalable, cost-efficient network designs that support Google’s global users. This is a high-autonomy position with a meaningful impact on reliability and efficiency.

Key requirementsBachelor's degree in Network Engineering or Telecom Engineering or related field or equivalent practical experience3 years of experience in DWDM or TCP/IP or system design operations methodologyExperience working with field operation technicians, engineers, contractors, or vendors in a telecommunications environmentCross-functional collaborationProblem-solving and automation mindsetEffective communicationDWDMTCP/IPsystem design operations methodology
