Responsibilities Assist physical therapists with patient care under supervision Prepare treatment areas before and after patient sessions Guide patients through prescribed exercises as directed by the physical therapist Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinic environment Help with patient flow, equipment setup, and basic administrative tasks Deliver a positive, professional, and motivating experience for every patient Qualifications Energetic, fun, and engaging personality Strong interest in physical therapy, sports medicine, or healthcare Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Prior experience in a physical therapy or healthcare setting is a plus, but not required Why Join True Impact Physical Therapy & Sports Rehabilitation?
