---Strictly W2 role--- Job Description: We would like to initiate external hiring for the .NET Full Stack Developer positions required for the project. Required Skills: Expert in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, and microservices-based architectures Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, cloud-native development, and distributed systems Proven expertise in building scalable, high-performance APIs and enterprise platforms Strong experience in ASP.NET WebForms and .NET Framework applications Experience with JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, and SQL Server Strong understanding of application modernization and migration strategies Experience in developing AI-enabled solutions using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, and ML integrations Skilled in MCP, AI Agents, RAG pipelines, and enterprise LLM integrations Strong background in DevOps, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud modernization Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, and Agile delivery methodologies Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Skills: BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) domain experience Wealth Management / Asset Management / Investment Services experience Experience working with enterprise-scale applications Pay: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
