Unlimited Earning Potential | Build Your Own Book of Business  White Rhino Coffee + Emporium Pies is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Sales Representative to grow our wholesale partnerships. You’ll introduce premium coffee and handcrafted pies to cafés, restaurants, corporate offices, and specialty retailers - building meaningful partnerships, not just making sales. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an independent, performance-based environment and is excited about representing brands centered on quality and experience.  The Opportunity As a Wholesale Coffee Sales Rep, you’ll operate with independence- while backed by a team that provides support, product, and systems to help you succeed. Unlimited earning potential - your income reflects your effort Commission-based structure  Flexibility to build and manage your own territory Support with product knowledge, onboarding, and systems A collaborative, growth-focused team environment  What You’ll Do Prospect and identify new wholesale opportunities within target markets (cafes, restaurants, offices, hospitality, etc.)   Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads   Conduct in-person visits, tastings, and product introductions   Educate potential partners on Emporium Concepts' offerings, including coffee, pies, and advisory support   Close new wholesale accounts and facilitate onboarding handoff to the Account Management team   Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on product availability, pricing, and positioning   Maintain accurate records of outreach, pipeline, and account activity (HubSpot CRM)   Represent the brand with professionalism, warmth, and product knowledge   Provide market feedback and insights to support product and sales strategy   Support local events, activations, or sampling opportunities as needed  What Success Looks Like Five new wholesale accounts per month  Maintain consistent pipeline activity (outreach, meetings, tastings)  Demonstrate strong product knowledge and brand alignment  Contribute to both coffee and pie wholesale growth  Operate independently while maintaining consistent communication and visibility with the internal team  Who Thrives in This Role Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills   Self-motivated with the ability to work independently   Comfortable with in-person sales and outreach   Understanding of food & beverage or hospitality industry  Ability to communicate value beyond price (quality, experience, partnership)   High attention to detail and follow-through   Strong organizational and time management skills  Compensation 10% commission on new accounts (first 6 months) 3% ongoing commission on active accounts High earning potential with recurring revenue opportunities No income cap- top performers can scale significantly over time  What We Provide Product training and ongoing support Sales tools and resources to help you succeed Marketing materials and brand support A team that values growth, ownership, and long-term success  Why Join Us? At White Rhino Coffee + Emporium Pies, we believe in being partners, not vendors.
