Now interviewing for a FQHC Licensed Therapist for Anderson/Madison County Full-Time and/or Part-Time Options Available Up to a $2,000 Hiring Bonus In person/remote hybrid position. Must live in Indiana. Aspire Indiana Health is a nonprofit provider of comprehensive “whole health” services including primary medical care, behavioral health, recovery services and programs addressing the social drivers of health such as housing and employment. Aspire has health centers in four Central Indiana counties serving Hoosiers of all ages and walks of life. Position Summary Want to focus on brief solution targeted treatment, with a smaller caseload size and reduced paperwork requirements in a comprehensive whole health setting? If so, then this is the position for you! This role offers a “private practice” feel with all the benefits of a Community Mental Health Center. As a full-time Licensed Therapist you will provide high quality, compassionate, brief therapy services to individuals with behavioral health needs. This position affords flexibility by providing service both virtually as well as in the office. Education/Experience Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or other mental health related field from a college/university accredited by the US Department of Education required Two (2) years' experience in a clinical setting working with a variety of populations required Must have excellent diagnostic and treatment planning skills Experience with brief therapies, highly preferred Licensure Must be recognized as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) by the State of Indiana Benefits Aspire prioritizes a work culture that takes care of employees not only at work but in their personal lives as well.
