12-Hour Shifts • Bonuses • Overtime Available
We’re hiring caregivers in Irvine, Mission Viejo, Laguna Beach, Newport Beach, Huntington Beach, Long Beach, Santa Ana, Costa Mesa, Lake Forest, and nearby areas.
Shifts Available: Day, night, overnights • Weekdays & weekends • Full-time, part-time, per diem • On-call/fill-in welcome!
About the Job
Join Ally In-Care as a Home Care Aide and help seniors and adults with disabilities stay safe and comfortable at home. If you’re caring, reliable, and have at least 2 years of caregiver experience, we’d love to work with you.
What You’ll Do
Help with bathing, dressing, and personal care
Assist with walking, transfers, and outings
Support with meds reminders
Prepare simple, healthy meals and do light housekeeping
Assist with basic therapy exercises
Provide companionship and report updates to our care team
What You Need
HCA certification/registration (we can help you get it!)
Valid driver’s license
LiveScan background check
Eligible to work in the U.S.
High school diploma/GED
2+ years of professional caregiving (facility or agency is fine)
Pay & Benefits
$17–$20/hr
Sign-on bonuses: $150 after 80 hours + $100 after 160 hours
