You will be responsible for the overall success and financial health of the campus, including:Full ownership of campus P&L, budgeting, and financial performanceDriving results across enrollment, retention, training, and job placementLeading and developing a team of department heads and staffCreating a culture of accountability, performance, and student successEnsuring compliance with accrediting bodies and state/federal regulationsIdentifying growth opportunities and executing local market strategiesBuilding relationships with employers to support strong placement outcomesPartnering with corporate leadership to align on strategy and performance goalsWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)8+ years of leadership experience in business operations, education, or a performance-driven environmentStrong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, KPIs, and overall business performanceProven ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and improve resultsA hands-on leader who can operate both strategically and tacticallyPreferred:Experience in workforce development, career training, or transportationFamiliarity with compliance and government-funded programsWhat We OfferCompetitive salary starting at $115,000+ (based on experience)Generous Paid Time Off (PTO)401(k) with employer matchMedical, Dental, and Vision insuranceSupplemental benefitsCompany-paid Long-Term Disability (LTD)Why This Role MattersThis is a true ownership role.
