Hotel Front Desk Agent/Guest Service Agent We are seeking a friendly, customer service focused Guest Service Agent to join our team at Home2 Suites By Hilton North Attleboro. This is a Part Time position located in North Attleboro, MA. In this position you will be responsible for guest registration, making reservations, and providing guests with information about the hotel and the local area. If you have a knack for customer service and previous service-related work experience, we'd like to meet you.As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a memorable stay. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with people, this is the perfect role for you.Manage online, phone and in-person room reservations in sometimes fast-paced environmentCommunicate relevant shift information to next shift and direct supervisorWelcome guests, check them in/out, distribute room keys and explain the hotel's amenitiesTake payment and resolve any payment discrepanciesRespond to guest issues and complaints in a friendly, timely mannerExplain local amenities and attractions to guestsWork with other staff members to ensure that all guest rooms meet hotel standards and accommodate any special guest requestsKeep workstations and equipment clean, organized, and in good working orderPerform duties as outlined in the training procedures, following standard operating proceduresAssist with other departments when necessaryPerforms other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by managementRequirements:High school education or equivalent experience1 or more full years employment experience in a related positionMust be able to work onsite at the hotel locationHours required: Part Time 15-32 hours per week for AM; Mid; Weekends; Holidays; PM shiftsProficiency in the English languageWillingness to learn new technology platformsAbility to stand at front desk for long periods of timeAbility to lift/push up to 50 lbs. guest luggage; limitedAbility to work independentlyAbility to maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all timesAdditional Preferred Skills/Qualities:Previous customer facing experience preferredKnowledge of Microsoft suiteSecond language is a plus, preferably Spanish or FrenchCompensation: $16.50 - $18 HourlyBenefits:Optional 401k with employer matchEmployee discounts at participating hotelsOption to sign up for on-demand pay with DailyPayRefer a friend get paid extra when they join our team!Bonuses for name recognition and guest scoreOpportunities to grow one of the fastest-growing hotel companiesApply HERE .
