Marketing CoordinatorRemote Work From HomeRigdon Inc. is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to support sales operations and marketing activity within assigned markets. This role is highly focused on opportunity identification, sales coordination, performance tracking, and market-based marketing support.This is an office-based support role that does not manage employees, but it plays a critical role in ensuring sales activities are completed, schedules are maximized, and marketing efforts align with real market demand and field activity.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, comfortable with accountability, and constantly looking for ways to help bring business into the market. Key ResponsibilitiesTrack daily and weekly sales activity for each salesperson within the assigned marketMonitor follow-ups, outreach efforts, and assigned sales tasks for completionIdentify and report missed activities, gaps, or performance issuesReview daily and weekly schedules to identify underbooked days and open availabilityIdentify high-demand and low-demand service areas and communicate findings to leadershipRecommend when additional email campaigns, promotions, or targeted outreach are neededSupport and assist with email marketing campaigns and local market initiativesTrack basic marketing campaign timing and effectiveness metricsMaintain accurate records for sales activity, lead sources, and schedule utilizationCommunicate regularly with field technicians to understand customer demand and market opportunitiesPrepare clear weekly reports outlining assigned tasks, completed actions, trends, and required follow-upQualifications & SkillsStrong organizational, administrative, and follow-through skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyComfortable working with data, reports, spreadsheets, and CRM systemsAbility to identify trends and patterns in sales activity, scheduling, and market demandClear written and verbal communication skillsComfortable holding others accountable through reporting and documentationExperience in sales support, marketing coordination, scheduling, or office administration preferredExperience with CRM systems, email marketing tools, or reporting dashboards is a plusRequirementsPrevious work-from-home experience preferredMinimum typing speed of 50 words per minute (WPM)At least 3 years of customer service, call center, sales support, or scheduling experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsStrong internet connection and a dedicated, distraction-free home officeAbility to work an assigned schedule during business hoursConsistent availability during scheduled shifts is requiredUp-to-date laptop or desktop computerComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-call-volume environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work a minimum of 40 hours per week between 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. CST, MondayFridayThis role directly supports revenue growth by ensuring sales efforts are completed, schedules stay full, and marketing efforts are targeted where they are needed most.
