The company operates with a commitment to quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Office Administrator position based in Conroe, TX. The Office Administrator ensures smooth office operations, maintaining office resources supporting executive leadership and finance, coordinating staff meetings, events and special projects.Administrative OperationsAnswering phone calls, transferring callers as appropriateGreeting customers and visitors to the office, ensuring guests are comfortable and connected to the right office personnelManage day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiencyCoordination of staff meetings and events including researching venues, space setup, preparing meeting materials, and handling catering/food ordersSupport executive leadership with administrative tasks and special projectsOffice and Facilities ManagementManage stockroom and maintain office supplies inventoryCoordinate office maintenance, working closely with onsite staff and service providersServe as liaison between employees and third-party IT providersCoordinate setup of new hires (office/furniture, phone, email, software access, hardware requests)Financial Responsibilities:Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functionsAssist with invoice processing, purchase orders, and vendor setupDocument Management: Maintain organized filing systems (physical and electronic), ensuring accessibility and compliance with records retention requirementsQualifications:Mon-Fri: 7 am – 5 pm scheduleMinimum 3-5 years office administration experienceStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Capacity to handle projects from initiation to completion.Operates with limited supervision on assigned initiatives.
