Principal Software Engineer-Fullstack-CoreAI
Overview:
In this role you will shape the end-to-end experience of a high-scale AI agent-building platform. You will work within the Microsoft Foundry Agents Platform to empower developers and enterprises to design, deploy, and scale Generative AI systems. You'll tackle challenges around integrating leading LLMs and building robust agent workflows. This is an opportunity to influence how the world interacts with intelligent systems, using modern front-end and backend technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Shape end-to-end platform experience from UI to backend services
- Architect full stack solutions spanning frontend to data and service layers
- Develop in TypeScript, JavaScript, React, and related technologies
- Design and maintain backend services and APIs enabling agent workflows
- Collaborate with teams to enhance AzureML capabilities
- Respond to customer feedback with agility and quality
- Lead by example and raise engineering quality and incident response
Key requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field + 6+ years of professional coding experience in C/C++/C#/Java/JavaScript/Python or equivalent 6+ years in platform or frontend development with JavaScript/TypeScript/ReactDeep understanding of front-end tech (NextJS/Remix, SSR, Web Components, performance optimizations) Experience with AI-assisted development tools and GenAI/LLMsExperience delivering large-scale UI-intensive product development Passion for machine learning, AI, and data sciencecollaboration with cross-functional teamscustomer-focused iterationstrong communication and mentoring ReactTypeScriptJavaScript
