Overview We are seeking a friendly and professional Server to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, excellent customer relations skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous restaurant or food industry experience, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings, is highly valued. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Upsell menu items and suggest wine pairings or specials to enhance guest satisfaction Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments through POS systems Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety standards are maintained at all times Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction Support host/hostess duties when needed, including seating guests and managing reservations Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and billing accurately Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Ability to upsell menu items effectively to increase sales opportunities Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is advantageous but not required Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Join our team and contribute to creating memorable dining experiences through exceptional service and hospitality.
