The successful candidate will serve as a subject matter expert within the Regulatory Change Management team, responsible for identifying, analyzing, and overseeing the implementation of new or updated laws, rules, regulations, or material regulatory guidance. This role involves conducting applicability analysis to determine the impact of regulatory changes on the organization, performing preliminary impact assessments, and routing changes to the appropriate departments and stakeholders for review and action. The VP will also be tasked with developing and tracking action plans for implementing regulatory changes, maintaining and updating policies and procedures to ensure compliance, and contributing to the preparation of key metrics to evaluate the health and governance of the Regulatory Change Management initiative. Applicants for the VP Regulatory Change Management Officer position at the company should have a strong background in regulatory compliance, with a focus on change management. The role requires the ability to coordinate with various departments to ensure the timely and effective implementation of regulatory changes. The ideal candidate will have experience in drafting and maintaining policies and procedures, as well as the skill to create a weekly digest summarizing updates on laws, rules, and regulations. A proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment are essential.
