The successful candidate will be a key player in the full life cycle of deal execution, from initial pitch and financial modeling to due diligence, negotiation, and closing. This role demands a motivated and detail-oriented professional with a minimum of 6 years' experience in investment banking, preferably in the healthcare sector, and a Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field. The Vice President will be responsible for preparing and delivering presentations, coordinating internal and external resources for due diligence, and assisting in the execution of M&A transactions, with a focus on buy-side M&A.
