Center Administrator (Contract Role)Location: Parkersburg, WV, 26101Duration: 13 weeksShift: 8:00 AM End: 4:30 PMGuaranteed Hours: 40 hours/weekWeekly Pay: $2,400-$2,600; (Negotiable based on experience)Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations of the center to ensure efficiency and compliance with all policies and regulations.Manage and supervise center staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.Ensure excellent customer service and patient satisfaction.Monitor center finances, including budgeting, billing, purchasing, and financial reporting.Maintain compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.Prepare and analyze operational and financial reports for senior leadership.Ensure the center is properly equipped and maintained.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (required).Current and active Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in West Virginia.Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) administration.Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare management systems.Ready to take the next step?
