Sr. Command & Telemetry (C&T) Engineer

Overview In this role you will design and engineer government C&T network solutions across WAN, LAN, CAN, and CI environments to support multi‑level communications. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to plan, deploy, and transition network architectures, and produce installation plans and training materials. You will act as a technical advisor, guiding lifecycle activities and ensuring the delivery of reliable C&T infrastructure. This position offers impact through modernization of complex, secure networks and direct contribution to mission‑critical communications. ResponsibilitiesSupport technical assessment and delivery of network solutions to customersProvide technical direction and engineering expertise across planning, design, and implementation of network infrastructure (Routers, Firewalls, DNS, IPAM, NTP, Command and Telemetry)Generate installation plans, procedures, templates, and training docs for deployment teamsLead transitions from existing to new network designsOffer technical consulting on solution design, system management, tuning, and modificationCollect data to determine customer needs and respond to technical information requestsDevelop customer technology solutions using various industry products and technologies Key requirementsTS/SCI with Polygraph clearance16 years of combined work history and education (per qualification table)DoD 8140 IAT Level 2 compliantProfessional experience with OSI layers 1–3 for fault troubleshootingHands-on experience with Cisco and/or Juniper routersExtensive MPLS experience across WANHands-on experience deploying Command and Telemetry solutionscross-functional collaborationcustomer communicationanalytical thinkingOSI layers 1–3 troubleshootingCisco and/or Juniper router operationMPLS WAN troubleshooting
