Part-Time Executive Officer

Job Description The Builders Association of Adams County is seeking a part-time Executive Officer to manage administrative, financial, and event-related operations. This flexible position averages 6–8 hours per week, with additional hours during peak event seasons.Compensation:$18 - $20 hourlyResponsibilities:Manage accounts payable/receivable and monthly financial reporting.Send membership invoices and maintain member records.Prepare board meeting agendas and minutes; attend monthly meetings.Update website and social media with membership and event information.Coordinate major annual events, including the Home Show, Student Awards Dinner, Golf Tournament, and Membership Mixers.Check email, voicemail, and mail regularly.Maintain records, forms, and basic office supplies.Qualifications:Basic bookkeeping experience (QuickBooks Online preferred).Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.Comfort creating simple flyers/documents (Canva or VistaPrint).Complete Background CheckAbout CompanyThe Builders Association of Adams County was founded in 1966 by a group of local builders and tradespeople.
