Construction Services Project Superintendent

QuestMark Construction Services is seeking an experienced and driven Project Superintendent to support our growing team focused on large-scale industrial and commercial construction projects throughout North America.The Project Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing field operations, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires frequent travel and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide onsite supervision and coordination for construction projects from mobilization through closeoutManage subcontractors, vendors, and field crews to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specificationsDevelop and maintain project schedules and monitor progress against milestonesConduct daily site meetings and communicate project updates to customers, project managers, and leadershipMaintain project documentation, including daily reports, photos, safety records, and quality control inspectionsCoordinate material deliveries, equipment needs, and site logisticsIdentify and resolve field issues while maintaining positive relationships with customers and trade partnersEnsure compliance with all safety, quality, and contractual requirementsQualifications5+ years of experience as a Superintendent, Foreman, or Project Manager in commercial or industrial constructionExperience managing resinous flooring, polished concrete, coatings, or specialty trade contractors is preferredAbility to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedulesStrong leadership, organizational, and communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Procore and other construction management software is a plusWillingness to travel extensively throughout North AmericaDrug Free Workplace - EOE (M/F/V/D) - E-Verify Employer
