Are you ready to take control of complex operations? As an EOC, Event Planner you’ll sharpen your skills managing engine projects from start to finish — ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
TASKS
As the EOC, Event Planner, you will be entrusted with a spectrum of responsabilities, incluiding:
Point of contact and coordinator for assigned inquiries/inducted/completed events with all departments (Production, Engineering, Material, Quality and Shipping)
Calculating planned and actual hours for the event
Calculate and communicate estimated event costs and turnaround time
Coordinate travel arrangements, travel requirements and shipping for off-site engine events
Create invoice and distribute
Capture all necessary documentation to create final event report
Create final report summary with required information and distribute
Organize and manage multiple priorities and events simultaneously
Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and a functional level
All other duties as assigned or required by Director of MES Customer Service Operation

REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma/GED required
Bachelor’s degree desirable
At least 1–2 years of experience as an Event Coordinator
Fluency in English language required
Basic knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent business sense
Excellent detail oriented
Excellent communication skills

Excellent strategic thinking

Must possess a valid driver’s license
