Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Python Developer with 13+ years of software development experience and strong expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Python development, cloud technologies, microservices architecture, APIs, database management, and modern DevOps practices.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and maintain high-performance Python applications.Build scalable RESTful APIs and microservices using Python frameworks.Develop and optimize backend services for enterprise-level applications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Architects, DevOps Engineers, and QA teams.Participate in system design, architecture reviews, and technical decision-making.Implement best practices for coding, security, performance, and scalability.Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.Work within Agile/Scrum development environments.Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.Required Skills13+ years of software development experience.8+ years of hands-on experience with Python.Strong expertise in Python frameworks such as:DjangoFlaskFastAPIExperience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and Microservices Architecture.Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Design Patterns.Experience with cloud platforms:AWSAzureGoogle Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform)Experience with containerization and orchestration tools:DockerKubernetesStrong database experience:PostgreSQLMySQLMongoDBRedisExperience with message queues:KafkaRabbitMQAWS SQSExperience with CI/CD tools:JenkinsGitHub ActionsGitLab CI/CDStrong knowledge of Git version control.Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments.Preferred QualificationsExperience working in cloud-native environments.Exposure to AI/ML integration projects is a plus.Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).Knowledge of cybersecurity and secure coding practices.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.EducationBachelor''s or Master''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.Nice to HaveCertifications in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.Experience with Data Engineering and ETL pipelines.Experience in Finance, Healthcare, Retail, or Insurance domains.
