This team builds a fabulous and efficient experience for our Workplace Portal environments. We are looking for a dynamic and talented Senior software engineer to join Workplace Portals Engineering focusing on .NET Core and JavaScript development and application support. You will be working on a high impact modernization effort building an application for our client’s field force. Looking for a full-stack developer, comfortable working on front-end apps as well as their backend.The ideal candidate will have the following skills:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experienceMultiple years of professional application development experienceStrong experience working with modern engineering tools, languages and practicesProven track record of delivering significant and impactful technology solutionsProfessional experience with .NET Core development and/or Java developmentProfessional experience with a JavaScript framework (React and NextJS), ES6, NodeJS, Redux, RESTful servicesExperience working with HTML and CSSExperience with cloud-based development, including PaaS and SaaS, and Docker and/or KubernetesExposure to and understanding of CICD pipelinesExposure/Understanding of automated testing concepts: unit testing and Test-Driven DevelopmentAbility to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical audiencesUnderstanding of design patterns and architectureExperience developing in a Content Management System (CMS), specifically Optimizely is a plus.
