Weekends and evening shifts required. Job Responsibilities: The key holder will be responsible for: Opening and closing the store Managing the store in the absence of the store manager Assisting customers with their purchases and providing excellent customer service Ensuring that the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked Processing returns and exchanges Handling cash and credit card transactions Training new employees on store policies and procedures
