Position Summary The 14nm Product PIE holds full accountability for the lifecycle of products for specific customers, spanning from the initial NPI phase through to high-volume mass production. To maximize profitability and quality, the PIE drives systematic yield enhancement activities; when yield loss occurs, they lead the investigation to identify the root cause by leveraging data and insights from the Yield Analysis team. To ensure consistent quality across the fab, the PIE works closely with the owners of each unit process layer to define, validate, and implement Best Known Methods (BKM). Additionally, the PIE maintains a strong customer-facing presence by attending regular progress meetings, managing expectations, and diligently following up on all technical action items to ensure customer satisfaction. Role and Responsibilities 14nm product ownerships for multiple customers. BKM spread. Inline, ET and yield trend monitoring and troubleshooting. Excursion action follow up. attending to customer meeting and action item follow up. Skills and Qualifications Engineering degree from Physics, EE, Chemical engineering, Materials Science. 4 years or more semiconductor process experiences. Strong statistical analysis skill using JUMP or Spotfire. Strong technical communication skill with customer. Salary The current base salary range for this role is between $106,000 - $145,000. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
